Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original delivery date. Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Products must be returned in original condition.
  • Used, installed, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because Premium Plus Inc products are custom-designed for specific stove models, customers are responsible for verifying appliance model compatibility before ordering.

Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong stove protector or selected an incorrect model, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges for replacement products.
  • Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Exchange processing begins after returned product inspection.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If Premium Plus Inc shipped the wrong product or a verified defective product, we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our sole discretion.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
  • Include your order number.
  • Include a brief description of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Premium Plus Inc warrants to the original purchaser that its custom stove protectors will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions below.

To activate and maintain eligibility for the Limited Lifetime Warranty, customers must complete the official warranty registration within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.

Failure to register the product within sixty (60) days of purchase will void eligibility for Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with approved warranty claims and replacement shipments.

Only one (1) warranty replacement is permitted per product, per household, within a twelve (12) month period.

  • Proof of purchase and order information are required for all claims.
  • Premium Plus Inc reserves the right to verify all warranty claims before approval.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects under normal household use
  • Premature product failure caused by verified manufacturing issues

What Is Not Covered

  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Direct flame exposure or excessive heat damage
  • Cuts, burns, melting, tearing, or punctures
  • Commercial, restaurant, rental, or non-household use
  • Damage caused by cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials
  • Normal wear, discoloration, staining, or cosmetic changes over time
  • Incorrect stove model selection by the customer
  • Products modified or altered after delivery

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Original order number or proof of purchase
  • Completed warranty registration
  • Clear product photos
  • Description of the issue
  • Stove model number if requested

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state and federal law, Premium Plus Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to property damage, appliance damage, loss of use, or loss of profits.

Premium Plus Inc reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion as the exclusive remedy under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of these limitations may not apply to certain customers. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights which vary from state to state.

Premium Plus Inc reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not comply with warranty registration requirements, misuse guidelines, claim verification procedures, or other terms stated within this policy.
