How to claim Product Warranty?
Premium Plus Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our stove liners under normal household use and when used according to our care instructions.
To file a warranty claim:
- Complete our online warranty claim form.
- Email your proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) along with a clear photo showing the issue to: info@premiumplusinc.com
- Once your claim is approved, submit the small shipping & handling fee for your replacement.
What’s covered?
If your claim is approved and the issue is not caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow care instructions, we will provide a replacement stove liner at no cost (product only). A small shipping & handling fee applies to all approved warranty replacements.
