At Premium Plus, we specialize in manufacturing custom PTFE StoveLiners for virtually any gas cooktop or gas range. If your stove model isn't listed, we can create a precision-cut StoveLiner designed to fit your cooktop.
How It Works
We offer two simple options:
Option 1 – Send Us Your Existing StoveLiner
If you already have an old StoveLiner that fits your stove correctly, simply send it to us. Our team will use it as a template to manufacture a brand-new Premium Plus StoveLiner with the same shape and dimensions.
Option 2 – Create a Simple Paper Template
If you don't have an existing StoveLiner, you can easily make a paper template of your cooktop.
You’ll only need:
- Scrap paper or printer paper
- Tape
- Scissors
- A pencil or marker
We provide easy, step-by-step instructions to help you create an accurate template. No special tools or experience are required.
What's Included
Our $49.95 Custom StoveLiner Package includes:
- One custom-made Premium Plus StoveLiner
- A prepaid USPS shipping label to send us your existing StoveLiner or paper template
- Precision manufacturing based on your template
- Shipping of your finished custom StoveLiner back to you
There are no additional manufacturing charges beyond the flat fee.
Manufacturing Process
Once we receive your template, our production team will:
- Carefully inspect your template.
- Digitally trace the exact dimensions.
- Precision-cut your custom StoveLiner using our premium PTFE material.
- Perform a quality inspection.
- Ship your custom StoveLiner directly to your door.
Your StoveLiner will be manufactured to match the template you provide as accurately as possible.
Turnaround Time
The complete process typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly your template reaches our facility.

The good news is that our highly automated production system allows us to manufacture and ship orders quickly and efficiently.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM: Cut and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM: Cut and shipped the next business day.
